Come to the Lake

My father, a 26-year veteran of the real-estate industry, once succinctly summed up his business: “You’re not just selling a home or property. You’re selling dreams, and you’re selling yourself.” In the long-turbulent, real-estate market, whose decline preceded current economic conditions, it’s vitally important for agents and brokers to convey a confident, professional image.
With this in mind, Dune Lake Properties (Moses Lake, WA) co-owners Sheri and Jake Jacobsen visited Wally Farris’ Moses Lake-based Signs Now shop and ordered a vehicle wrap for their Dodge Caliber. Using Adobe® Photoshop®, Farris and co-worker Andrew Simmons deftly devised a wrap design that incorporates equal parts “steak” (photos of upscale homes underneath the company’s stylish logo) and “sizzle” (on the rear panel, he captured the cascading waterfall that creates curb appeal at Dune Lake’s prime development). To produce the wrap, the shop output 3M™ Controltac™ with Comply™ air-egress film on the shop’s Mimaki JV-3 160SP solvent-ink printer. To protect the graphics, Farris used 3M’s 8519 luster-finish overlaminate.
