Daktronics Releases the Fuelight

Daktronics Inc. (Brookings, SD) is announcing its Fuelight petroleum price display technology. The displays’ taller digit design enhances conspicuity.

The Fuelight 2000 series allows retrofitting into existing structures. In addition, the drop-in design can be customized.

Available in red, amber or green, the Fuelight 2100 series petroleum price display is offered as single- or double-faced, with a backlit ad panel placed either above or to the left of the digits. The cabinets can be stacked to show multiple fuel prices without fabricating new sign structures.

Similarly designed, the Fuelight 2109 series features an LED panel that can alternate between the words "Cash" and "Credit." The words change simultaneously with the assigned price changes in the display’s digit section. This series uses a small, superscripted digit in place of the "9/10" on standard displays. Digit sizes include 36, 48, or 60 in.; digit colors are available in red, amber or green LEDs.

Designed specifically for the international petroleum market, the Fuelight™ 4000 drop-in petroleum price display, with a flange perimeter, allows for retrofitting into existing structures.

The Daktronics Fuelink™ controller can be integrated into a POS system for automatic pricing updates. Fuelink™ PC software enables end users to access and change the price of multiple displays in different locations from a personal or company computer.
