DOmedia, BroadSign to Facilitate Planning and Buying Cross-Network Digital Out-of-Home Advertising

DOmedia (Columbus, OH), the online database and toolset for alternative, traditional and digital OOH media, is partnering with Montreal-based BroadSign Intl., a worldwide software-solutions provider for managing digital, OOH networks.
The system integration enables the 230 digital-signage networks powered by BroadSign to submit their ad space and audience data to DOmedia’s database. The media inventory is updated in real time. Media buyers can search DOmedia’’s database to search for available digital OOH ad space and target campaigns based on demographic and geographic criteria, rather than research individual networks.
BroadSign-run networks gain visibility to more than 300 registered agencies and advertisers that search DOmedia.com. Through the joint platform, smaller, digital-signage networks can connect with previously hard-to-attain media buys.
BroadSign and DOmedia’s will also working to help implement industry-wide standardization and measurability of digital OOH media.
