Drytac (Richmond, VA) is unveiling Polar™, an 80-micron, polymeric, self-adhesive printable vinyl that contains a gray, cross-linking, acrylic adhesive. The company offers the material with permanent or removable adhesive, and in a matte or gloss finish. The high-opacity material is compatible with eco-solvent, UV-cure and latex-ink printing; its permanent-adhesive version is recommended for outdoor-sign installations up to three years, and the removable version for POP or retail signage.
