The material, sold in 10-, 15- and 20-lb. densities, may be sandblasted, CNC-routed and machined with an array of handtools. The company recommends backing signs fabricated with the substrate with a layer of wood, metal or concrete, and making sure the production area is well ventilated before fabrication. Duna produces the material in 4 x 10-, 4 x 12-, 5 x 8-, 5 x 10- and 5 x 12-ft. sheets
