Dynascan Technology Inc. (Irvine, CA) is adding the DS1016 model to its outdoor series of 360° cylindrical LED video displays. The DS1016, which boasts a display area of more than 50 sq. ft. and a luminance of 8,000 cd/sq. meter, is designed for applications along city streets, outdoor plazas, movie theaters, stadiums, transportation centers and other high traffic public venues. The display, which is rated IP65 weatherproof, can reportedly withstand harsh outdoor conditions.
