Fellers Names a New President

Fellers (Tulsa, OK) has announced that Phil LaFata has joined the company’s executive team as its new president. LaFata has a long history within the vinyl industry, having served as VP of sales and marketing at Arlon and as COO at General Formulations, according to a statement from Fellers.

Most recently, LaFata was president of Dunmore, a Steel Partners Co. He “brings extensive industry and operational experience along with deep vendor relationships that will help Fellers better serve their customers,” per the statement.

“I am thrilled to have Phil join our team during this transformative time,” Tom Brophy, CEO of Fellers is quoted. “Phil and I have worked closely together throughout his career. He brings together a rare combination of operational expertise, enthusiasm, and strategic vision that will deliver accelerated value for our customers.”

Fellers, which was acquired by private equity firm American Pacific Group in December 2021, is a distributor of vinyl wraps, wrap supplies, and software to sign and specialty retailers, automotive restylers, and commercial residential buildings. At the time of the acquisition, the company operated 58 locations across the US.
