Fisher Textiles Expands PPE Lineup with Face Mask, Gown Fabrics

Fisher Textiles (Matthews, NC) has added two face mask fabrics and two gown fabrics to its PPE fabric line. These products include 1095 Face Mask, 2806 Micro Mesh, GF 7400 Blue Gown and 50gsm PP Dark Blue.

1095 Face Mask is stocked in 60-in.-wide rolls and is 100% polyester. 2806 Micro Mesh is stocked in 64-in.-wide rolls and “has a nice stretch for face masks and gaiters,” per Fisher Textiles.

GF 7400 is a light blue tricot warp knit “with a DWR treatment that meets ANSI/AAMI Level 1 requirements for minimal risk isolation gowns to be used during basic care, for standard isolation, as visitor gowns, or in a standard medical unit,” according to the company. 50gsm PP Dark Blue is a SMS nonwoven fabric that complies with ANSI/AAMI Level 3 requirements for moderate risk isolation and/or procedure gowns to be used during arterial blood draw; when inserting an IV line; in the emergency room; or for trauma cases.
