Gemini Inc. (Cannon Falls, MN) is announcing its fully automated, robotic pattern-making process that will, according to the company, reduce prices and lead time for its custom-cast letters and logos. The process machines LED-mounting locations into the backs of letters and logos, and leaves a lip on the inside back of each letter for insertion of clear acrylic back. The price reduction, which the company estimates will lower prices 20-40%, will be reflected in letters and logos 3/8 to 1.5 in. deep.
