Gemini Hires New Chief Operating Officer

Seth Soltow

Gemini (Cannon Falls, MN) has announced that Seth Soltow has joined the Gemini team as chief operating officer (COO). This strategic addition to Gemini’s executive leadership team marks a step forward in the company’s mission to serve and strengthen the signage industry through operational excellence, reliability and industry partnership, according to a press release.

Soltow brings more than two decades of global leadership experience in manufacturing operations, organizational growth and strategic execution. He has successfully led multiple organizations through transformation and profitable expansion in both public and private sectors, including executive roles at Pentair, Pleatco Filtration, Parker Hannifin and others — per the release.

Most recently, Soltow served as general manager for Pentair’s Pumps & Filters division. As COO at Gemini, Seth will lead operational strategy and execution across all manufacturing sites and business units. His leadership will play a critical role in maintaining Gemini’s reputation for delivering dependable, high-quality products and commitment to its customers, according to the press release.

“The sign industry is built on trust, quality and responsiveness,” Fred Oss, CEO of Gemini, is quoted in the release. “Seth’s track record of driving operational efficiency while keeping customer needs at the forefront aligns perfectly with our commitment to being a stable, innovative and supportive partner to sign professionals. His experience and values will help us deepen that commitment even further.”
