Gemini Opens New Customer Service Center

Gemini (Cannon Falls, MN) announces the opening of a new customer service center in Spokane Valley, WA. Additional staffing at the new center will positively impact Gemini’s customer service quality and response time to its network of authorized resellers.

“As demand continues to grow for Gemini’s custom wholesale manufacturing services, we are accelerating our investment to improve customer service responsiveness as well,” said Tania Anderson, Customer Service Manager at Gemini. “We plan to hire 30 people by the end of the year, and even more as we grow,” added Phil Jacobson, Vice President of Human Resources.

The Spokane Valley center is in the midst of staffing up, and available positions will include Customer Service Representatives and Graphic Layout Artists. This adds to Gemini’s existing Cannon Falls, Minnesota and Neustadt, Ontario customer service centers.
