Hoftiezer Named Employee Owner of the Year

The Wisconsin Employee Shared Ownership Program (ESOP) has named Janelle Hoftiezer, human resources manager of Priority Sign Inc. (Sheboygan, WI), the state’s Employee Owner of the Year. Employee-owners of the company are allocated shares of Priority Signs stock, which fluctuate in value depending on the success of the company.

Hoftiezer was nominated for the award as a result of her development of a company newsletter, ESOP education events and training, and involvement with ESOP governing agencies. Her win automatically entered her in the national ESOP Employee Owner of the Year contest, whose results will be announced in May.
