ISA Elite 2026-27 Applications Open

The International Sign Association (ISA; Alexandria, VA) has announced that the application process is now open for the next class of ISA Elite. The deadline to apply is May 15.

ISA Elite is a highly respected leadership development program designed for emerging professionals in the sign, graphics and visual communications industry. Participants gain valuable opportunities to do the following:

  • Build a national network of peers and industry leaders.
  • Strengthen leadership and professional skills.
  • Engage in meaningful discussions and career-shaping experiences.

The program includes a virtual kickoff, an in-person leadership conference at ISA headquarters and participation at ISA Sign Expo 2027. It’s an experience built to help you grow both professionally and personally while forming connections that last well beyond the program.

To participate, applicants must do the following:

  • Must be 35 years of age or younger on December 31, 2026.
  • Must have worked in the Sign & Graphics industry for at least 2 full years.
  • Must be employed by a company that is a member of ISA, or an affiliated association, for the duration of the ISA Elite program (through ISA Sign Expo in March/April 2027).

Completion of the ISA Elite program is contingent upon the following:

  • Application submission and approval by a third-party panel of judges.
  • Participation in the virtual ISA Elite class meeting, scheduled for September 2026.
  • Attendance at the ISA Elite Leadership Conference in full, held in October 2026 at the ISA HQ in Alexandria, VA.
  • Attendance at the final program at ISA Sign Expo 2027 in Las Vegas, NV – March 31-April 2, 2027.
