Houston Signshop Employee Experiences Major Property Loss in Hurricane Harvey

Dscoop (Alpharetta, GA) is an independent community of HP Graphic Technology owners and technical professionals, industry experts and solution partners. They have been reaching out to their members in areas affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Dscoop member and owner of Infovine in Houston, Frank Hood said that Jerry Valdez is a valued employee of Infovine, showing up every day for work for the past seven years. Jerry has a wife, Suzette; a six-year-old boy, Elijah and a one-year-old girl, Zoe.

Jerry and his young family had been in their new house just four months when Hurricane Harvey struck. They lost everything in the house and both of their cars. Despite the fact that the family had to be rescued from their home, Jerry continues to show up for work every day.

If you are interested and able to help, their HP sales representative Mark Spears has started a GoFundMe page in hopes of raising $25,000 to get Jerry and his family started on rebuilding their lives. Click here to contribute.
