Formation (Houston) an environmental-graphic-design company, has announced that founding principal Philip LeBlanc has become the president and sole owner of the firm, which was founded in 2006. He bought out founding principal David Hoffer for an undisclosed sum and now assumes complete ownership and control of Formation.
Formation has also announced that Erich Theaman, SEGD (Society for Environmental Graphic Design), has been promoted from production designer to senior associate. Aide Gutierrez has become the firm’s new project designer.
Formation’s most recently completed project, Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH, is ranked as one of the nation’s 10 largest children’s hospitals and pediatric research centers.
