LED Formed Channel Letters

Gemini Inc. (Cannon Falls, MN) is presenting its Formed Channel Letters, which are designed for LED lighting. The 2.75-in.-deep, opaque-white “cans,” which can be pigmented, comprise cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB), a wood and cotton-fiber-based, recyclable plastic. Gemini extrudes its own CAB-plastic sheets, which are thermoformed and then vacuumformed around molds. The letters accommodate low-voltage and low-heat LED lighting.

Though style choices are unlimited, select letterstyles can be formed in all sizes. The formed channel letters are UL-879- and UL-48- recognized components.
