LexJet (Sarasota, FL) is debuting FaceMount-X, a 1-mil, clear, polyester film designed for window graphics. The material contains an adhesive on both sides. A permanent, solvent-based, acrylic adhesive on one side accepts the face of a printed image, and a removable, solvent-based, adhesive with an airflow-release liner is designed to secure it to the window’s inside. According to the company, graphics may be easily removed from FaceMount with no residue and, because the graphics are placed on the windows’ interior side, they’re not subject to square-footage code enforcement.
