Procédés Chénel Intl. (Vanves, France) is releasing the Light Column®, a plastic, illuminated column for events, exhibitions and other applications. The lightweight product features a flexible, unbreakable, polypropylene sheet curved as a column, with Procédés Chénel’s Drop Paper® fitted over it. The column, which can be freestanding or suspended, doesn’t have metal frames, but comes with three supportive shape makers that fit on the inside of the sheets. Column modules range in height from 7.6 to 11.8 ft., and widths vary from 8.6 to 29.5 in.
