Burny Kaliburn, a Lincoln Electric company (Cleveland) is announcing its Spirit® II Series plasma system, which features the FineLine™ high-definition, plasma-cutting technology. Models with amperages of 150, 275 and 400 can cut metals up to 1.5, 2 and 3 in. thick, respectively, the company states.
Features include Impulse Start Technology™ to eliminate high-frequency starting; self-diagnostics that track pierces, pierce errors and types of errors for the last six electrodes; and Hafnium Optimizing Technology (HƒOT™) that significantly increases electrode life.
