LuxuryTec Launches Mirror Image Digital Network

LuxuryTec (Lake Norman, NC) has launched the Mirror Image and the Mirror Image Digital Network. The Mirror Image, a 40-in. digital display, is enclosed in a stainless-steel, NEMA-rated bezel that houses a sensor system and is controlled remotely via a broadcast-quality, content-management system. The display shows a brand image or video, that, when engaged by a consumer, instantly disappears and becomes a mirror. When the consumer steps away, the brand message instantly re-appears.
Located over sinks in the initial deployment, the display can reach specific genders. A sensor located in the bezel records consumer engagement. The content-management system provides metrics to agencies and brands via CMS dashboard reporting. The network can be located in high-traffic venues within key DMAs nationally. The network is suitable for airports, professional/collegiate stadiums and arenas, casinos, retail dressing rooms. The network will be activated in April within one of the nation’s highest traffic airports and will expand to 10,000 displays by the close of 2010. The network will offer advertisers aggregation for seamless planning, purchase and measurement.
