Manitex Announces TC65159 Truck Mounted Crane

Manitex International (Bridgeview, IL) has launched the TC65159 truck mounted crane. Per the company, the TC65159 has a “65-ton base rating and 5-Section 159’, full power, proportionally extended boom with 168-ft. tip height and 206-ft. tip height when equipped with a one-piece, 38-ft. offset lattice jib.

The longer boom provides “excellent relative stiffness” in long reach applications. The TC65159 also offers asymmetrical outrigger positioning, and increased ground penetration, which permits the operator additional flexibility to set up in confined spaces and uneven terrain.

“Manitex is pleased to launch a 65-ton high reach truck mounted crane with asymmetric outriggers,” said Manitex general manager Jeff Long. “At the same time, Manitex is pleased to announce the TC60131 will be upgraded to 65-ton base rating beginning with new deliveries effective January of 2021.”
