Mutoh Approves Neschen Media

Mutoh (Phoenix) has approved several textile materials from Neschen (Elkridge, MD) Pure Color line for use with its solvent-ink printers. The greenlighted substrates include Golden Gate Fabric, VersaFabric, Monet Canvas, Mambo Fabric and Calypso Breeze Satin. The fabrics are suitable for outdoor applications, and Neschen offers them in rolls from 20 in. x 10 ft. to 98 in. x 164 ft. According to Mutoh, Neschen’s material and its printing process facilitate wrinkle-free, graphic production for Expolic’s Soft Image, collapsible-banner system. Previously, only dye-sublimation technology had been feasible for the Expolic system.
