Mutoh ValueJet 1638W

Mutoh America, Inc. (Phoenix) is introducing its 1,400 dpi, ValueJet 1638W 64-in.-wide, four-color, eight-cartridge inkjet printer designed for textile- and sublimation-ink applications. Mutoh says the 1638W is similar to its ValueJet 1638 Eco version, but the 1638W is for efficient and reliable production of such promotional items as trade show graphics, flags, banners, apparel, custom clothing, displays, interior design and more.

Designed with staggered, dual, drop-on demand piezo drive printheads, the 1638W produce high-quality prints at speeds of more than 1,000 sq. ft./hr.

The printer features Intelligent Interweave (I²) printing and the ValueJet Status Monitor, which allows you to status-check the printer via iPhone or Android.

It also features an easy accessible service door, automatic sheet-off function, a standard 1-year warranty and an optional, heavy-duty take-up system.
