Neschen (Elkridge, MD) is adding its Apollo Flag™ media to the Pure Color media family. Engineered to be sturdy and lightweight, the flag media’s specialty coating delivers photorealistic imaging with a wide color gamut, fast dry time and scratch resistance, the company states.
This 100% transparent polyester textile, backed with paper, weighs 3.2 oz./sq. yd. The satin finish facilitates flag creation, window draperies, wall hangings, indoor and outdoor banner display, retail signage and POP displays.
The media is designed for use with most solvent, eco-solvent and UV printers. The paper backing allows the media to be printed without the use of a mesh printing kit. Available sizes include 42 in. x 100 ft., 54 in. x 100 ft. and 64 in. x 100 ft. Sample 20 in. x 10-ft. rolls are available.
