Roland DGA has announced that the ErgoSoft Roland Edition 2 RIP software is now available for its Texart RT-640 and XT-640 dye-sublimation inkjet printers. This updated RIP has over 40 new features designed to make creating sublimated output simpler.
Roland RT-640 and XT-640 customers who activated the previous ErgoSoft Roland Edition RIP software on or after March 8, 2016 are eligible to update to Edition 2 for free, while users who initiated their ErgoSoft Roland Edition software prior to March 8, 2016 can update to Edition 2 for a fee.
