Permlight Announces New Division

Permlight (Tustin, CA) is announcing a new division, Brillia, which focuses on collaborating with lighting-fixture manufacturers to bring new LED-based luminaires to market. Brillia builds on the company’s successful partnerships with OEM customers to integrate light engines into next-generation, solid-state lighting solutions for residential and commercial applications. This will enable the company to focus on developing LED-based light engines for rapid adoption in both market segments.

As a result, Permlight will no longer provide LED lighting fixtures under the Enbryten brand. Current Enbryten customers will be redirected to Progress Lighting, a manufacturer of residential and commercial lighting fixtures, to support the growing demand for LED fixtures.

In addition, the company previously announced the addition of the Permlight for Signs division, which focuses solely on the development, manufacturing, sales, marketing and support of LED lighting solutions. This division is supported by a growing salesforce, marketing team and research and development department spearheaded by Chief Technology Office Michael Bremser, Ph.D.
