Phipps Promoted to Mutoh Board Member

Mutoh Holdings Ltd.’s board has named Brian Phipps to the board of Mutoh America Inc. (Phoenix). Phipps, who joined the company in 2004, most recently served as general manager. He has worked in the wide-format industry for more than 15 years; his appointment was effective June 1, 2011. As a board member, Phipps is tasked with promoting Mutoh America products, developing niche markets and creating strategic plans.
