Polyurea Substrate

Chemline (St. Louis) is presenting Chemthane 7070, a flexible, polyurea-resin material designed to replicate tree bark. The spray-in-mold, elastomeric, solid product contains no solvents or styrene, and incorporates a patented process to produce sheets from 0.12 to 0.47 in. thick. Chemline coats the substrate with a polymer stain that won’t degrade with sunlight or chemical exposure, the company reports.
