Principal LED (San Angelo, TX) announced that it has been granted U.S. Patent No. 10,024,501, which relates to the company’s Stik line of direct-connect LED retrofit assemblies.

Earlier this year, Principal LED obtained U.S. Patent No. 9,851,054, along with U.S. Patent No. 9,311,835 and Canadian Patent No. 2,759,366, each of which also relates to retrofit assemblies. The latter two patents cover methods that employ end caps between the LED module support and the existing socket, according to the company.

Principal LED’s patented product lineup includes the Tap Out Stik, Qwik Stik and Street Stik.
