Prism Inks, Graphics One Announce GO FabriMate Ink

Prism Inks and Graphics One (Sunnyvale, CA) have introduced GO FabriMate, a new dye sublimation to cotton ink technology. GO FabriMate will be on display during next month’s Printing United show in Dallas.

“For many years sublimation has been limited to polyester substrates, with dye sublimation to cotton thought technically not possible. Over the past 22 months, we have been working to develop an innovative process for imaging dye-sub ink to cotton and have succeeded, “ said Amir Ajanee, CEO and president, Prism Inks and Graphics One. “The process uses standard dye-sub paper, is simple to use and is usable with virtually all EPSON piezo printers, including MicroTFP printheads.”

Per Ajanee, applications are expected to include apparel, interior décor, soft signage, furniture and more. GO FabriMate shipments are expected to start in November and will be available through the Graphics One distribution channel.
