Rowmark (Findlay, OH), which manufactures and markets engravable, plastic-sheet materials, has announced its acquisition of Minneapolis-based Johnson Plastics, which distributes engravable-sheet media, as well as sublimation materials and accessories. With the agreement, which went into effect June 1, Rowmark procures Johnson’s nin regional sales and distribution centers. According to Rowmark, Johnson has served as a Rowmark distributor for more than 30 years.

"Our network of global distributors will continue to be an effective, reliable resource for high-quality products and outstanding customer service," Duane Jebbett, Rowmark’s president and CEO, said.
