Sign Scammer Gives Sign Industry a Bad Name

A serial sign scammer operating in Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee and Ohio — Jason Moore — is at large.  An Indianapolis TV station is reporting that Moore takes donw payments for signs from retailers, and then skips town. Unfortunately, Moore has a sign-industry background, and this not only bilks businesses, it give the sign industry a bad name. The TV station says Moore has moved out of his house and has disconnected his phone.
