Correction: United Fire & Casualty v. Keller Custom Signs

We previously reported that Keller Custom Signs in San Antonio, TX was being sued by United Fire & Casualty Co.

In that article, we mistakenly reported that a sign which caught fire and caused damage to the Friedhelm’s Bavarian Inn in Fredericksburg, TX was “recently made” by Keller Custom Signs. However, the sign in question was not fabricated by Keller Custom Signs, but rather installed and/or serviced by the company in August or September of 2020.

We also reported that the fire led to $1.7 million in property damage; however, the $1.7 million figure includes losses due to business interruptions.

The original article was removed from our website and the case document can be found here.
