Solvent Inkjet Media

InteliCoat Technologies (South Hadley, MA) is unveiling two Magic® products designed for solvent-inkjet printers. GFPHOTO/SIJ is a 6-mil, glossy, photorealistic paper for high-resolution gloss posters and displays. Its specialized coating offers a high degree of whiteness and color gamut with a smooth surface.

GFVSF/SIJ is a 9-mil, high-strength, tear-resistant banner media that combines a Valeron® Strength Film base with a specialized InteliCoat top coating. The plasticizer-free, recyclable product is suggested for such applications as pole, suspension and pop-up banners, and frontlit and backlit rolling signage. Both products are compatible with the latest solvent inkjet printers manufactured by Océ, Mimaki, Mutoh and DGI.

The company is also offering Arches® by Magic digital fine-art paper FAP-225T. The fine-art paper for digital printmaking is designed to accept heavy ink loads.
