When RollAd, a Landau, Germany-based marketer of truckside advertising, introduced the Rhino Rolling Advertising Awards two years ago and invited ad agencies and product manufacturers to submit their craziest and most uninhibited virtual renderings, the company could’ve only imagined it would receive such a mind-blowing collection of imagery. The panel of judges evaluated the submissions based on the design’s originality, attractiveness, brand communication and correlation between the side and rear panels.

Grey Worldwide, the competition’s grand-prize winner announced at Rhino Night in Hockingham, Germany, had their winning entry output and installed on 30 RollAd trucks and circulated throughout Germany on a four week campaign that, according to RollAd, will garner 15.7 million impressions. Second- through seventh-place finishers had their designs placed on one RollAd truck and circulated for two weeks.
