The Graphics Shop Acquires Balco Sign & Safety

The Graphics Shop (Chesapeake, VA), a full-service signshop, has expanded its range of services through the acquisition of Balco Sign & Safety (Virginia Beach, VA), a shop known primarily for its traffic, safety and ADA-compliant signage.

A release from The Graphics Shop says Balco customers will not see any drastic or immediate changes to daily operations. Greg Brickles, Balco’s former owner, will remain on staff.

The Graphics Shop, founded in 2002, provides vehicle wraps, building signage, wall graphics, installation and other services. It’s owned by the Hackworth family, who have been in the printing and signage industry since 1974.
