The Mosaica Group Introduces The Panthera JR

The Mosaica Group (Sussex, WI) has announced the launch of the Panthera JR, an industrial 1.9m (6.2 ft) digital printer for dye sublimation. The latest addition to the Panthera dye sublimation performance line, the Panthera JR is designed to be a more affordable version of the original Panthera S4-1.8m (5.9 ft.) and S4-3.2m (10.5 ft.) models.

The Panthera JR is equipped with four i3200 Epson printheads that reach speeds up to 1,900 sq. ft./hr. Panthera printing systems feature a specially-developed printhead controller, along with an anti-crash system on the carriage, to protect the printheads from incorrectly hitting the transfer paper. The printer has a feeding system that helps to eliminate paper waste. Just like the Panthera S4-1.8m and 3.2m models, the Panthera JR is capable of printing direct to fabric in certain applications.

“I’m excited to offer a more affordable option of the Panthera,” said Randy Peters, president and CEO of The Mosaica Group. “The Panthera JR offers exceptional color printing, ease of use, and most importantly, it’s reliable for both fast production and high-quality output on extended print runs.”
