Transilwrap Acquires Interfilm Holdings

Transilwrap (Franklin Park, IL), a manufacturer, coater and converter of printing and lamination plastics, is announcing its acquisition of Interfilm Holdings, a flexible-film distributor and converter. According to the company, the purchase supports its growth strategy through expanding product lines and converting capabilities.
Andy J. Brewer, Transilwrap’s CEO and president, said, “This strategic combination of products, services and employees will enable us to offer our customers more diverse solutions that are backed by expanded production assets and an experienced team of sales, operations and custom-service employees."
