USSC Foundation Releases Revised Free Speech Handbook

The United States Sign Council Foundation (USSCF; Doylestown, PA) announced the release of a new, third edition of Free Speech Law for On-Premise Signs, by Daniel R. Mandelker, Stamper Professor of Law, Washington University (St. Louis).

According to a press release from USSCF, the 2020 Handbook (first created in 2012) covers all the supplements published by Mandelker in 2016, 2017 and 2019, bringing all decisions current to 2020. The new edition contains critical information on case law for any person, sign company or firm dealing with issues related to the US Supreme Court decision in Reed v. Gilbert (2015), as well as a historical perspective on signs, speech and local regulations.
