Ventex Introduces VenBrite LED Systems

Ventex Technology (Jupiter, FL) is introducing VenBrite LED Systems, the sign industry’s first series-wired, “amp clamped”, non-Class 2 LED system. VenBrite LED modules contain only one dissipative component, the LED chip itself. Thus, the safeguarded 120V or 277V driver outputs constant current, which eliminates the excess parts, heat and cost of repetitive module components necessary with other designs, the company states. Lower, generated module heat can mean brighter, longer-lasting LEDs. The series design ensures uniform brightness, regardless of length of, or position in, the string, according to the company.

One LED driver powers high-output ½-watt LEDs a distance up to 75 ft. of red, or 60 ft. of white.
