Wayne Industries (Clanton, AL) is introducing the EZ-LED Sign, a patent-pending, two-color LED message center that’s integrated into the sign face, protecting the LED with polycarbonate. Because the LED display is a sign-face component, and not part of the cabinet, the existing cabinet can be converted to LED face by sliding the existing face out, hooking up the power supply to the raceway and sliding the LED face in, with no structural changes. The unit, which comes with a five-year warranty, has only three components to inspect, which can be changed in less than 10 minutes, the company states. The sign arrives fully assembled with only three wires to connect. A handheld remote controls the sign. More than 350 stock graphics and display effects are provided. The display boasts a 50-ft. line-of-site operating range.
