Woodworker’s Supply (Albuquerque, NM) is offering the Wolf Bench Paw™, a non-slip friction pad designed to secure panels to a woodworking bench. The pad s micro-textured surface reduces dust build-up, and is designed to insert 3/8-in.-thick, dowel pin through the center hole to simplify finishing. The pad may be attached to a benchwith a wood screw, and only requires a moist rag for cleaning.

The Wolf Bench Paw offers a coefficient of friction of 1.2; a measurement of more than 1.0 means the friction force exceeds the piece’s weight.
