Hemet, CA-based sign manufacturer Josh Shearer is offering his XPertNotcher corner-rounding tools for aluminum sign blanks. By avoiding the traditional corner-rounding method, he says the tool proves beneficial because it enables users to buy less expensive, raw blanks; eliminates hand grinding; and reduces rounding-process time by approximately 50%.

Shearer is also offering the XpertHolePunch, which is designed to similarly reduce hole-punching time to facilitate fabrication.
