3A Composites USA Releases GATORFOAM SELF-ADHESIVE

3A Composites USA (Davidson, NC) has announced a new product, GATORFOAM SELF-ADHESIVE graphic display board. It consists of black extruded polystyrene foam bonded between two layers of black wood-fiber veneer, and one side coated with a pressure-activated high-tack adhesive that offers permanent bonding, per 3A in a statement.

“GATORFOAM SELF-ADHESIVE eliminates the need for pressure-sensitive adhesive stock, saving fabricators time and material costs,” according to 3A’s statement. “This extremely rigid and durable foam board offers excellent dent and scratch resistance while its black foam center provides a clean, finished appearance to projects.”

A lightweight high-performance substrate that offers dimensional stability, Gatorfoam Self-Adhesive routes and cuts cleanly, and is intended for medium-term applications: POP and POS displays, exhibits and kiosks, interior signage and displays, framing, hanging signage, window displays, promotional campaigns, 3-D displays and dimensional letters.
