Adaptive Displays (Milwaukee) is releasing its A-Series of full-color, 7.8-, 16- and 20mm, high-resolution LED displays. Noteable features are the integrated Glare-Shield™ and AutoShine™ visual-enhancing technologies. Glare-Shield™ detects ambient levels of light and auto-adjusts the brightness, and AutoShine™ dissipates the sunlight and reduces both direct and indirect sunlight glare, the company reports. The new, 4.9-in.-deep case design produces a slimmer, lighter unit, which in turn allows for easier service, installation and retrofitting existing openings. The series also features gold-plated connectors, internal surge protection and a power supply designed for climate resistance, which ranges from -40° to 122° F. Each display comes with free, professionally designed content and OOH!Media software. The displays are UL and cUL listed and UL energy-verified, the company states.
