Agfa High-Speed Flatbed

Agfa Graphics (Elmwood Park, NJ) is releasing its Anapurna M2540i FB high-speed, UV-cure, flatbed, inkjet-printing system that features six ink colors (plus white) and print speeds up to 1,001 sq. ft./hr. The flatbed features a moving gantry and can print on practically any rigid and sheet material in standard or various sizes, the company said. It also said the machine will process such uncoated rigid media as corrugated boards, rigid plastics, Plexiglas©, acrylic, mirrors, exhibition panels, wood, aluminum, MDF, stage graphics, advertising panels and more. Further, it can print pre-, post- and sandwich white ink for added impact, and perform step-and-repeat work and two-sided printing.
