Alerus Center Installs Daktronics Digital Billboards

Daktronics Inc. (Brookings, SD) has installed a double-sided digital billboard along two Red River Valley roadways in North Dakota to advertise the Alerus Center, an entertainment venue and convention center in Grand Forks, N.D.

One billboard displays advertising and event information to commuters on Interstate 29 in western Grand Forks, and the other is located nearby on 42nd St. The digital billboards broaden the Alerus’ reach and increase visibility and affinity for its corporate partners and facility users.

Steve Hyman, the Alerus’ executive director, said the facility removed old marquees and replaced it with the interstate double-face and front-door, double-face displays.
Daktronics has installed more than 1,200 digital billboards internationally.
