Canon Solutions America Expands Large Format Portfolio with Contex Quattro Scanners

Canon Solutions America, Inc. (Mellville, NY) announced that its Large Format Solutions division has collaborated with Contex, one of the world s largest developers and producers of large-format imaging solutions, to offer Contex IQ Quattro scanners. The Quattro scanners can be used stand-alone or paired with most Canon large format printers, including the Océ PlotWave Series or Océ ColorWave printers.

Ideal for technical project workgroups, IQ Quattro scanners can be networked with an entire workgroup and cloud-enabled so anyone on the project team can operate and perform job enhancements from smartphone devices. End users will also be able to leverage the scanners ability to work with various applications, including maps, technical drawings, large documents, and posters, among others, helping them achieve enhancements in speed and quality.
