Experienced Installer Position Available

Ainor Signs located in Sacramento, CA is seeking an experienced Sign Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing and servicing a wide variety of signage while maintaining a strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety. This position requires the ability to work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and represent Ainor Signs in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Install various sign types, including channel letters, cabinet signs, monument signs, ADA signs, vinyl graphics, and dimensional letters
• Perform sign service and maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of illuminated and non-illuminated signs
• Operate bucket trucks, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other installation equipment safely
• Read and interpret shop drawings, site surveys, and installation plans
• Coordinate with project managers and customers to ensure successful project completion
• Complete site surveys and document existing site conditions as needed
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company safety standards and local regulations
• Take completion photos and provide accurate job documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous sign installation experience required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Welding, electrical, and crane experience are a plus
