I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out to share an opportunity with an established Middle Tennessee Sign company that is positioned for its next stage of growth.

I have been in the Sign business for over 30 years and remain active in the industry. While I still enjoy working and plan to stay involved behind the scenes, I am at a point where I am looking for the right person to eventually transition day‑to‑day operations to. My goal is to continue contributing in a support and advisory role while receiving a monthly draw.

The company has a solid foundation and existing relationships, and we have full access to a State of Tennessee electrical license, so permitting is not an issue. Previously, I was in a business partnership with my son, but it didn’t work long‐term, and I am now focused on finding the right professional fit.

We are ready to grow and have work opportunities available. Also, with a new, fresh website and an A+ rating with BBB, I had an investor lined up to purchase a truck needed for expansion; however, a family matter has temporarily prevented him from moving forward, which has opened the door to alternative arrangements or partners.
